This patented and unique hi-tech fabric is composed of
a 100% polyester- based fiber resin molecularly treated
at the source with UVA UVB sun-inhibitors which allows it
to be loosely woven to permit maximum breathabiltiy.
It offers a protection of up to 97% UV radiation in accordance
to the guidelines currently being established by the ASTM under
the jurisdiction of the FDA in Washington DC. It also reduces by
about 50% the transmission of infrared light which causes heat making your skin
up to 10 degrees cooler than if you had nothing on at all. It also works as an effective
bugscreen. Ultra light-weight!
